I think we need to pull a bunch of micronations in a Skype conversation to discuss (and hopefully come to an agreement) about where we can and cannot claim land.

I agree. I think Skype could work because people could come together and when we write, we don't have to wait for the next response.
I fully support this motion, but I hope that the Marie Byrd Land is open, because of course, no macronation claims it yet, and we must pounce on this opportunity.

I think we should set some rules first, how this is going to work, etc.

There should be some rules like if somebody is misbehaving, then the other people may vote to kick him out. Shouldn't there be more people, or is this it?

Yes, later today if it's possible. We will be discussing:

Claims on earth (Antartica, Uninhabited Islands, etc.)
Land on other planets, moons, etc.
Extrasolar land (Land on a far-off planet, etc.)

We will lay out rules for claiming land, where we can claim land, etc.

Recognition from whom? Other micronations? All micronations should know that we are holding a conference to decide the fate of all these claims.
If there is too much people, then we can always divide into conferences (eg. North American Conference, UK Conference)

From a legitimating body? All micronations won't know about it anyway. Only the ones in this particular little clique. MicroWiki is by far not the be all and end all of the micronational world.
